COURSE 2: Leading Self and Harnessing Emotions
The purpose of this module is to help strengthen your self-awareness as a leader, which is a foundational emotional intelligence skill and a great leadership quality to build and explore. When leaders develop self-awareness, they become better at leading themselves, which results in helping them be more effective at leading others.
